The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO) is the training arm of the International Labour Organisation: it runs training, learning and capacity development services for governments, employers’ organizationsworkers’ organisations and other national and international partners in support of Decent Work and sustainable development. Training takes place either in the Turin Campus or in course participants’ home countries or via the Internet.

In particular, Gamification @ITCILO is a project from ITCILO’s DELTA programme. DELTA stands for Distance Education and Learning Technology Applications. DELTA’s team is composed of specialists who combine expertise in learning and knowledge sharing methodologies with professional backgrounds in international development. The Programme is supported by expert administrators who help them in their mission to serve their partners in learning and development by:

Jointly designing and implementing learning and knowledge sharing events,

Transforming technical content into learning and training tools

Providing tailor-made products and services related to knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
